EDUCO was founded by Tanya Abbasi, a master’s graduate, an educationalist and entrepreneur. Upon her stay in China as a foreign English language teacher, she saw the need for educational aid through quality teachers; this idea broadened and expanded to more courses, targeting students of all ages, backgrounds, ethnicities and learning capabilities. As a teacher, Tanya experienced meeting students who learned at different capacities and paces, most of whom related to different methodologies of teaching. This is where Educo’s vision ‘Every Student Matters’ was born as a fundamental philosophy to never leave a student unattended, behind or excluded.
